GSE107115: Subcellular genomics shows pervasive within-mitochondrion single nucleotide variant heteroplasmy as revealed by single mitochondrion sequencing

  • Organsim mouse
  • Type RNASEQ
  • Target gene
  • Project ARCHS4

We performed single cell RNA-seq on the cell somas of mouse neurons and astrocytes. The transcriptomes were bioinformatically screened for RNA sequences that were generated in the mitochondria of the cell. These data were used to confirm the presence and expression of DNA SNVs.
