GSE113606: RNA-seq and ATAC-seq analysis of the role of PBRM1 in various cell lines

  • Organsim mouse
  • Type RNASEQ
  • Target gene
  • Project ARCHS4

We used RNA-seq to characterize the contributions of PBRM1 to gene expression in HK-2, NMuMG, and Caki1 cell lines. Further, we used ATAC-seq to characterize the effects of PBRM1 on chromatin accessibility in HK-2 and NMuMG cell lines. Finally, we used RNA-seq to determine the gene expression profile of Caki2 cells grown under 3D culture conditions with and without PBRM1. Combined, our analyses reveal a role for PBRM1 in expression of genes associated with stress responses and with specific transcription factor families, such as the FOXO family.
