Learn MoreFive million wild type (WT) and CBFB knockout (CBFB_KO) MCF10A cells were subject to ribosomal fractination. Total RNA from each fraction was extracted using Trizol followed by Qiagen RNAeasy kit. Polyribosomal fractions were polled as one sample.
