GSE123463: Total uterus transcriptome after depletion of regulatory T cells at E8 of murine pregnancy

  • Organsim mouse
  • Type RNASEQ
  • Target gene
  • Project ARCHS4

Regulatory T cells (Tregs) contribute to successful pregnancy by promoting maternal-fetal tolerance. We depleted Tregs using diphtheria toxin (DT) in the Foxp3DTR mouse model after allogenic mating with BALB/c males and we performed a complete NGS transcriptome analysis by RNA-seq at 100 million reads/sample of total uterine tissues at day 8 post coitum from control (PBS1X treated) and diphtheria toxin (DT) treated mice.
