GSE127834: Human inflammatory mucosal T cells in the female reproductive tract are poised to participate in immunity to infection

The hypothesis is that HIV affects TRM, by decreasing their numbers and possibly affecting their function. In order to be able to analyse several HIV+ and HIV- samples, we would need to identify some markers for TRM that can be used for flow cytometry-based detection of TRM.
