GSE129542: RNA-seq based transcriptomic profiling of GBM44 glioma cell line with BAT1 shRNA knockdown

  • Organsim human
  • Type RNASEQ
  • Target gene
  • Project ARCHS4

Purpose: We found that BAT1 plays key role in the regulation of immune related factors, we aim to characterize the genes changed after BAT1 knockdown; Methods: Gene expression profile of GBM44 control and BAT1 knockdown were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina HiSeq 4000; Results: Using an optimized data analysis pipeline(HISAT2/HT-Seq/DESeq2), 5209 differentially expression protein-coding and noncoding genes (cut-off adjusted P <0.01) were identified in response to BAT1 knockdown.; Conclusions: After BAT1 knockdown, thousands of genes are differentially regulated, and these genes participate in immuse defense, Inflammatory response as well as cell migration and proliferation (GO pathway analysis).
