GSE137028: Transcriptomic profiling of microglia and astrocytes throughout aging

  • Organsim mouse
  • Type RNASEQ
  • Target gene
  • Project ARCHS4

Purpose:The goal of this study are to understand the role of miceoglia and astrocyte in both physiological and pathological conditions. Methods: Microglia and astrocyte were isolated from 5 time points WT/APP-PS1 mice in triplicate. mRNA were generated by SMART seq2 using Illumina Novaseq platform. Conclusions: Using DESeq2 to sequence polyA-selected mRNAs from microglia and astrocytes isolated from whole brain. We mapped >85% of reads for all of our sample. We found good reproducibility between the replicates SOURCE: jie pan (panj@bjmu.edu.cn) - Shenzhen Peking University – The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Medical Center
