GSE137065: RNA-seq Transcriptome Analysis of AD169 and AD169-UL26 infected MRC5 fibroblasts.

We employed RNA-seq to map the transcriptome of human MRC5 fibroblasts during HCMV infection with AD169 and AD169-UL26 strains.
