Learn MoreThe aim of this project was to explore the role of muscarinic receptors (M1, M3, and M5) in spermatogenesis. The lentivirus with the knockdown of M1, M3, M5 were injected into mouse testes. Then the testes were collected. The RNA was used for the RNA-seq analysis to search the role of these receptors in the spermatogenesis.
