GSE138201: Altering sphingolipid metabolism attenuates cell death and inflammatory response after myocardial infarction

  • Organsim mouse
  • Type RNASEQ
  • Target gene
  • Project ARCHS4

We performed transcriptomic analyses to evaluate changes in gene expression post MI. We investigated the effect of ACmodRNA function post MI. We found that several genes involved in de novo ceramide synthesis were upregulated. ACmodRNA treatment increased cell survival postMI. AC modRNA-treated mice had significantly better heart function, long term survival and smaller scar size than control mice 28 days post MI.
