GSE139935: RNA sequencing of tissue resident macrophages, progenitors and tumor cells from murine head and neck tumors

  • Organsim mouse
  • Type RNASEQ
  • Target gene
  • Project ARCHS4

We report the RNA sequences of bone marrow derived and tissue resident macrophages and their progenitor cells from murine head and neck tumors We found that tissue resident macrophages express signatures of proliferation and immune suppression. By comparison, bone marrow derived macrophages express signatures of inflammation and immune response. Sequences show that these macrophage populations are distinct from each other and form their progenitor and tumor cells.
