GSE140707: Identifying a novel candidate diagnostic and prognostic biomarker SPRR3 for oral squamous cell carcinoma via mRNA Sequencing and Bioinformatics

  • Organsim human
  • Type RNASEQ
  • Target gene
  • Project ARCHS4

Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) has always been one of the most aggressive and invasive malignancies among the numerous oral and maxillofacial malignancies. we collected three tumorous and adjacent tissues from OSCC sufferers, and we obtained differentially expressed genes (DEGs) via high throughput RNA sequence.
