GSE145025: Dnmt1 deletion in PV-positive cortical interneurons of 6 month and 18 month old mice [RNA-seq]

  • Organsim mouse
  • Type RNASEQ
  • Target gene
  • Project ARCHS4

The emerging role of epigenetic mechanisms like DNA methylation executed by DNA methyltransferases (DNMTs) in synaptic function irrevocably raises the question for the targeted subcellular processes and mechanisms. We here sequenced FAC-sorted PVergic interneurons of 6 month and 18month old PV-Cre/tdTomato/Dnmt1loxp wildtype and knockout mice and performed RNA-Seq.
