GSE152309: CircURI1 interacts with hnRNPM to inhibit metastasis by modulating alternative splicing in gastric cancer

To identify GC-related RNAs, we used five GC patients fresh tumor tissues and paired adjacent non-tumor tissues for RNA sequencing. Differential expressions of circRNAs were then analyzed. To underly the mechanism of circURI1, we performed the RNA-seq of AGS cells treated with siRNAs aganist circURI1 and hnRNPM.Differential expressions of mRNAs were then analyzed.
