GSE54113: Genome wide analysis of the direct and indirect consequences on gene expression of a thyroid hormone receptor alpha 1 mutation restricted to Sertoli cells

  • Organsim mouse
  • Type RNASEQ
  • Target gene
  • Project ARCHS4

A dominant negative allele of TR1 (TRAMI) has been introduced only in Sertoli cells using the Cre/lx system and the AmhCre mouse line. Testes were isolated at P3 and RNA was extracted. MRNA were enriched by oligo-dT purification and submitted to Illumina HiSeq2000 sequencing. Reads were aligned on the mouse mm9 genome, gene counts were obtained with the HTSeq-count script and differential expression was investigated with the DESeq2 R package.
