GSE94925: Hydrogen incubation on the mechanical injury of spinal cord neurons

We report the application of mRNA sequencing technology for high-throughput profiling of genes expression changes in spinal cord neurons with or without hydrogen incubation.In model group, we mechanically injured neurons. In control group, neurons were cultured without any intervention. In treatment group, after neurons were injured mechanically, hydrogen incubation(75%) was performed.
